One of the things that I ask myself daily is, “Does it matter?” Things like the work choices I make, what I choose to eat, who I hang out with, how I spend my money, and the things I obsess about mentally. Does it really matter? The answer is “yes,” if it’s aligned with what you want in your life. If it’s not aligned with what you want in your life, stop making it matter.

Time waste is real and if there is something you should stop doing because it doesn’t align with what you want your life to look like, stop doing it. If there is something you want, go after it.

It’s simply a keep, start, stop conversation with yourself. Ask yourself these 3 questions:

  1. What should I keep doing?
  2. What should I start doing?
  3. What should I stop doing?

As we approach the holidays and a new year, ask yourself what really matters to you and what you want your life to look like in 2024. Answer the questions, make the plan, and take action!
