I am pumped up after my recent trip tp Salt Lake City, Utah! I loved the mountains, the cool morning runs, and having a new, fun experience with my teammates and friends. The theme of the conference was “Break Free!” They asked us, “what are you breaking free from?”


As I began to think about what I wanted to break free from, I thought about the mental and physical obstacles that I face every day. I am breaking free from the status quo to open my mind and my heart to new opportunities! For me, I am growing and breaking free from judgment and challenging myself to rise above.

We often think about the next diet or fitness trend or the self-care that we desperately need. This time it was different. This was about mindset! What are you breaking free from? Or in other words, “what is the obstacle holding you back from what you want the most?” Answer these two questions:

  1. What Do You Want?
  2. What is getting in your way?

Let’s break free from the roadblocks! Here are mindset roadblocks that you may want to break free from. Which one is getting in your way the most?

  • Judgement
  • Imposter Syndrome
  • Insecurity
  • Self-Doubt
