Here’s 3 tips to eliminate the overwhelm:
1. Stop the negative self talk. If you are adding to the stress of how tasks or others make you feel you are just doubling down on your own pressure. When you accomplish something, tell yourself, “I did a great job!” and think about how you feel about accomplishing the task!
2. Make a today not tomorrow list. TNT. 😉 Choose three things that are must get done’s for the day and focus on only those three! By the end of a work week, you have achieved at least 15 things that you can feel good about!
3. Celebrate! This is the most important part of all. Overwhelm typically happens when we don’t stop and celebrate the things that we are achieving and getting done. Celebrating your tasks will help you feel more accomplished and ultimately eliminate that overwhelming feeling!
