Feeling like you’re doing all the things for everyone but yourself lately? You’re not alone. It’s like we’re spinning plates, trying to keep up with it all. But guess what? It’s time to hit the reset button and get our focus back.

I thought you might be interested in the 3 questions I use to reflect and get my focus back. All you need is 10 minutes out of your day. Grab a piece of paper and answer the questions as you read them. Here’s 3 questions to get back into focus. Let’s do this!

Where am I Being Successful?

Take a moment to acknowledge your achievements, big and small. Celebrate your successes, whether it’s excelling at work, maintaining meaningful relationships, or simply getting through a challenging day with grace. Recognizing your wins boosts your confidence and sets you up for tackling whatever comes your way.

Where am I Being Challenged?

Let’s be real with ourselves about the stuff that’s tripping us up. Whether it’s managing stress, finding time for self-care, or confronting personal obstacles, identifying challenges is the first step toward overcoming them. Pro tip: It’s how you grow.

What Do I Need Help With?

Now, pinpoint where you could use support. Maybe it’s delegating tasks at work, asking for help with household chores, or seeking guidance on personal matters. Recognizing your needs is a sign of strength, not weakness. Don’t hesitate to reach out to friends, family, or colleagues for assistance. Remember, it’s okay to ask for help.

Answering these questions gives you a clear picture of where you’re at and where you want to go. The trick is taking action.

It’s easy to beat ourselves up or try to handle everything alone. But guess what? You don’t have to. First, let go of any guilt or blame. It’s okay to not have it all figured out. Next, focus on what you can change, not what’s out of your control. And finally, don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. It’s important that you feel like you can lean on others for support when times get tough.

One area that I know we could all use a little TLC in our lives is our living space. Clutter and chaos can add to our stress levels and mess with our focus. If you’re ready to take back control of your space, join me for the April 30-Day Declutter Challenge.

My mission for next month is to help you reset your home and your mind. The challenge includes simple daily tasks to declutter, plus a fun walking challenge, cleaning tips, and self-care ideas. It’s all about creating a space that feels good to come home to and regain your focus.

So, are you ready to get your focus back? Sign up for the April Challenge and let’s do this together. Trust me, your future self will thank you.

Let’s kick some butt, take names, and show the world what we’re made of. Are you in?
