I hear it all the time. These 4 dreaded words. 

“I don’t have time.” 

Every day you get a chance to live your best life. We all have the same 24 hours in a day. Oprah, Taylor Swift, Mr. Beast, Beyonce, your hair stylist, the cashier at the market and, yes, YOU! The difference is how we all choose to spend our time. 

If you are reaching for something in life, here are 4 questions to ask yourself. Grab a piece of paper and respond to the questions below.

  1. What are the things I am thinking about?
  2. What are the types of conversations I am having?
  3. What are the core actions I perform daily? 
  4. Who have I spent my time with over the last 30 days?

                         
Now brainstorm and write down 2 goals for the next 30 days. As an example, if you are trying to change your eating behaviors or journal more frequently, are you aligned with your responses to questions 1-4? 

If your goals don’t align, it’s time to rethink your thoughts, conversations, actions and who you are spending time with. If you have a goal to run a 5K and you’re not running, you won’t hit your goal. The same applies to everything else you do!
