Have you locked in what you want this year? If you have your plan or are still in the process, please evaluate your resolutions and goals with these 4 questions. The secret sauce to succeeding this year isn’t just taking action, it’s making space for it. In a world where many of our plates are overflowing, you must take something off your plate to make space for what you plan to start. Here are 4 questions to ask yourself this year:

  1. What will I keep doing?– What habits, behaviors, and priorities will you include?
  2. What will I stop doing?– What habits, behaviors, and priorities will you exclude?
  3. What will I start doing?– What habits, behaviors, and priorities will you start?
  4. Why is this important to me?– Why are these habits, behaviors, and priorities important to me?

Additionally, the best way to respond to these are to go in order. I encourage you not to jump around and do the work upfront on keeping and stopping. We all get excited to start something, but we rarely acknowledge what we need to keep and what we need to be honest about stopping.
